First, please fill out my inquiry form! If you have trouble submitting it, please check that all required fields have been filled out. Upon receiving your request, I will provide a quote within 2-3 business days. I have some set packages outlined under the ‘Graphic Design services’ tab, but you can also request via hours per month. I typically accept projects with a 10-15 hours per month minimum.

If you are interested in booking with me, to secure your spot I require a 50% non-refundable deposit (of the first week at least) to get started. I will provide an invoice where you can easily pay the first amount and then will be prompted for the final payment upon delivery of the final project. I take credit cards, PayPal or bank payments. Additionally, if your accounting team prefers a different processing system (such as Bill.com, or some other direct deposit method), that is preferred and I can fill out the information for that.

Next I will ask you to fill out a form to provide me with your branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logos, etc.), dimension specifics, and files. I will set up folders on Google Drive (for shared documents) and Dropbox (for my illustrator files). We’ll also get set up on Slack for easy communication if applicable.

We can set up an initial 15-20 minute call to discuss your vision for the project if needed - either at this stage or after I’ve taken a deeper look at your content and/or data points.

Next, I will get started on the project! This usually involves reading through the content (data, word documents, sketches, etc) and then asking clarifying questions to make sure we are aligned on the key takeaways from the data and/or the messaging for the infographic/ graphic design piece.

Some questions I may ask include:

  • What is/are the key takeaway(s) here?

  • Who is the main audience for these graphics? And how much background information do they have on this topic?

  • How was this survey / data point collected?

NOTE: I do not offer branding solutions (colors, fonts, logo, style, etc). I will ask for your current brand style guide and font files to get started. Additionally, I am not an illustrator so if we need additional assets like that I will ask you to provide libraries.

I work mainly in Adobe Illustrator (InDesign, and Photoshop as well). The final product will be a PDF or image (.png, .jpg etc). I use Orion and the Noun Project for icons for graphics. Illustrations and stock photos can be purchased from sites such as Shutterstock and Creative Market if needed.

I may show some rough sketches/ designs before they are polished to make sure we’re aligned on the content/ structure first before fully finishing the design.

I will provide multiple drafts (depending on your scope) and will upload to Dropbox or Google Drive to receive feedback via the commenting feature.

Please provide comments in a collected manner in rounds so that we don’t go back and forth continuously. I will charge more for additional edits past the contracted number via my hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour billed per set of requests.

Upon completing the design and editing stage, I will provide the final exports (and the original Adobe Illustrator file if desired).

I will also send the invoice for the final payment.
